The Nook

The Nook rests in Newquay, Cornwall and can sleep two guests in one bedroom.

Single-storey. One double bedroom with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric flame-effect fire

Electric central heating. Oven, plug in counter top hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster. TV with Terrestrial, Netflix and Disney Plus, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Shared enclosed rear garden with decking, lawn, furniture, hot tub, barbecue, private front garden with gravel and furniture. Up to 3 well-behaved pets welcome (not to leave unattended outside). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub and beach 0.2 miles. Note: No children allowed due to the chalet not being child proof. Note: Although pets are accepted, the chalet is a compact but comfortable size for two adults and may not be ideal size for that many dogs depending on their size. Note: The garden is a communal area but it's shared with only one other 1 bedroomed chalet, so crossover is rare and there's plenty of space
