Two ground-floor bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size, 1 x twin. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. First-floor snug.

Electric storage heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi and children's toys and games. Fuel, power and starter for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed decking and lawn with furniture plus communal facilities. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £30 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. For a great experience whilst on holiday, join in and help the owners feed the animals which include goats, pigs, sheep and chickens. Keep an eye out for the beautiful deer.Note: This property benefits from on-site facilities including indoor barbecue, spacious gym, games room (pool and table tennis, small children's area) and outdoor children's play area, laundry room. Note: There are steps and a ramp up to the lodge, please take care. Note: Use of the log burner and unlimited logs during your stay is charged at £30 per week. Note: Electric car charging is available at a charge of £100 per week. Note: There is a stream on site so please make sure children are supervised.Note: Minimum short break is a 3 night stay.
