Goosehill is a ground-floor barn conversion for four near St Breward on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Both bedrooms are en-suite. One has a king-size bed, while the second uses a zip-and-link king that can become two 2ft 6in singles. Those narrow twins offer flexibility but may not suit every adult.

Exposed beams, a wood burner and views across the Camel Valley define the open-plan living space. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher, washing machine and EV charging are included, and dogs are accepted. The rear patio has a barbecue.

Goosehill is recognised by Cycling UK as a Cycle Friendly Place and has direct access to the Camel Trail, a 17-mile former railway route towards Padstow. Brown Willy is 4.5 miles away, while a village store and pub are within 1 mile. Tregardock Beach is 5.7 miles away and Port Gaverne Beach 6 miles away.
