Two ground-floor bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. First-floor snug/childens play area.

Fuel, power and starter for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Ample on-site parking. Enclosed front decking and lawn with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £30 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles and pub 1.5 miles. For a great experience whilst on holiday, join in and help the owners feed the animals which include goats, pigs, sheep and chickens. Keep an eye out for the beautiful deer. Note: This property benefits from on-site facilities including shared gym and games room with pool and table tennis, shared, indoor barbecue, tractor rides, river fishing and animal feeding. Note: There is a lake and stream on site so please make sure children are supervised. Note: There is a ramp up to the holiday lodge and a few steps. Note: Use of the log burner and unlimited logs during your stay is charged at £30 per week. Note: Electric car charging is available at a charge of £100 per week. Note: Minimum short break is a 3 night stay. Note: No fireworks are allowed on site due to the fact this is working farm; this includes ALL fields over the river where the animals and horses are.
