Equipment includes wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and accessibility features. Dogs are welcome, which matters for walkers using the South West Coast Path through Looe.

Outside, the cottage sits in the town rather than having a private garden, which keeps Looe's working harbour, fish market and East Looe Beach a short walk away. The central-town position means most summer evenings can be spent on foot rather than in the car.

Looe is a twin-harbour fishing port split across the River Looe and linked by a single bridge, known for its daily fish auction and its seafood-focused restaurants. Polperro is four miles west along the coast path, and the Eden Project is a short drive inland. Prices start from GBP 626 per week, rising to GBP 1,352 in peak season, with Saturday changeovers.
