Brewers Cottage

Brewers Cottage is a three-bedroom dog-friendly property on Polperro Road near Looe, sleeping six guests with off-road parking for two cars. The cottage is a contemporary build with underfloor heating on the ground floor and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

Inside, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower with heated towel rail. A second king-size bedroom also has a Smart TV. The third bedroom is a twin. A family bathroom with bath and shower over, plus a ground-floor cloakroom, complete the facilities. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Three Smart TVs with Netflix and Freeview are fitted throughout.

Outside, the enclosed two-tiered garden has a lawned area, patio and seating - suitable for one small to medium dog. Parking for two cars is on a private off-road driveway.

Talland Bay is 1.1 miles away - a sheltered cove between Looe and Polperro with calm, clear water for swimming and kayaking, and a beach cafe open through the season. Lekerock Cove Beach, a remote rocky cove, sits 1.5 miles along the coast. East Looe Beach in the centre of Looe is 1.7 miles away. The South West Coast Path passes nearby, with the section between Looe and Polperro covering about 5 miles through coastal woodland.

Best for a family or couple with one small to medium dog, given the enclosed two-tiered garden and easy walk to Talland Bay. Less suited to longer stays, since there is no washing machine on site.
