Atlantic View is a single-storey, four-bedroom property in Germoe, sleeping 8 across all-ground-floor accommodation. The house sits on the south-facing slope above Mount's Bay, about 1 km from Praa Sands beach, and welcomes up to 2 medium-sized dogs.

The 4 bedrooms include 1 king-size double with Sky TV, a dressing room, and en-suite shower; 1 king-size double; 1 super-king (convertible to twins on request) with TV and en-suite shower; and 1 double with TV. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes the layout, along with a utility room and WC. The open-plan living area has a kitchen with Neff electric oven, 5-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, plus a sitting room with a wood-burning stove. Multiple TVs have Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

Outside, the front garden has a lawn, decking, and a picnic bench; a rear courtyard provides additional space. An electric BBQ is provided (open flame BBQs are prohibited due to AONB regulations). Off-road parking fits 2 cars. Praa Sands, a wide south-facing sandy beach with RNLI lifeguard cover, is 1 km south. Prussia Cove, the old smuggling base on Mount's Bay, sits 2.4 km away.

Germoe is a small village 4 miles west of Helston with no pub or shop of its own. Tregonning Hill rises directly behind the village - where William Cookworthy first identified china clay deposits in the 1740s - and gives wide views across Mount's Bay. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are about 5 miles east.
