Pendarves

Pendarves is a three-bedroom converted barn near Germoe for six guests. Two king-size rooms and one twin provide double and separate beds. One king room has direct access to the en-suite shower and WC, but there is only one bathroom overall, so the full group should expect shared facilities. Host Paula manages the booking.

The open-plan barn is one of four properties in a complex, with wooden floors, original features and rural views. WiFi, parking, EV charging, a dishwasher, garden and barbecue are included, and one dog can stay.

Praa Sands is 1.7 miles away, an exposed south-coast beach with strong Atlantic surf, wide golden sand and lifeguard cover, popular with bodyboarders and windsurfers. Prussia Cove is 2.2 miles from the barn and Piskies Cove 2.5 miles. Relubbus is listed as the nearest town, with Helston, Germoe's own service town, about 4 miles east. Tregonning Hill rises behind the village to around 600 feet, with open access and views across Mount's Bay to the Lizard. Walking routes begin from the doorstep.
