Electric oven and hob, 2nd oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle, toaster. 3 x Smart TV, 2 x TV, WiFi, piano, selection of books and games. Ample off-road parking. Non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome (with a charge of £25 each for the 2nd and 3rd dog). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.2 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: Ground-floor bedroom has access to a conservatory; this bedroom is not suitable for children. Note: The ground floor bedroom has access to the kitchen via stone steps and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are steps within the property and traditional flagstone flooring throughout which by its nature can be uneven in places; please take care. Note: The grounds at Carneadon Farmhouse are not fenced and dogs must be kept under control at all times as the adjoining fields are used for grazing cattle. Note: The piano in the dining room can be played but is not regularly tuned.
