Crantock Reach is a two-bedroom top-floor apartment on Pentire Avenue in Newquay, 800m from Fistral Beach. South-facing balconies from both the living area and master bedroom give open views along the coast, and lockable storage in the car park holds wetsuits and surfboards.

The open-plan living area has a kitchen, dining space, and seating area with a large flat-screen TV, opening onto the main south-facing balcony. The super-king master bedroom has a TV, DVD player, en-suite shower room, and a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom is a twin (zip-and-link, convertible to super-king) with its own TV. A bathroom with shower over bath serves the second bedroom. Gas central heating and WiFi are included.

One designated off-road parking space is provided, with additional roadside parking available. A communal outdoor shower at ground level serves surfers returning from the beach. Fistral Beach - the UK's best-known surf beach, hosting international competitions - is 800m away. Crantock Beach, a wide sandy beach where the River Gannel meets the sea, is 1km in the other direction.

Newquay town centre is within walking distance, with restaurants, shops, and surf hire. Cornwall Airport Newquay is 5 miles away with direct flights to London. The coast path connects Pentire headland to both Fistral and Crantock, with open Atlantic views throughout.
