A two-bedroom apartment on the western edge of Newquay, set on the rim of Newquay Golf Course with a balcony looking across the fairways towards the Atlantic. Sleeps four, with parking right outside and the surf at Fistral Beach 500 metres away on foot.

The apartment is open-plan upstairs: kitchen, dining, and sitting area run together and open onto the balcony. One bedroom is a king-size (or twin on request), the second a twin. Two bathrooms, including a master en-suite shower room and a family bathroom with both bath and separate shower - useful with babies or young children. Lift access. The building is modern, so don't come expecting beams and flagstones; the appeal is light, space, and outlook.

Fistral is the surfing headline beach and a 7-minute walk down through the golf course. Towan Beach and the harbour sit 600 metres the other side of town. The Gannel estuary, good for paddle-boarding and quiet picnics, is a 15-minute walk south. Newquay town centre, with its restaurants and bars, is also walkable - leave the car in the bay outside.

Best for couples or a family of four who want Fistral on the doorstep without the noise of the town-centre apartments. Less good for groups chasing nightlife or anyone who wants period character.
