Tolcarne Beach is 400 metres away, with the Colonial Restaurant on its sand, and Great Western Beach is 800 metres in the other direction. Newquay town centre, with its bars, clubs and restaurants, is a 15-minute walk, and Newquay train station is under a mile from the door.

Best for couples or small groups wanting sea views and beach access without a car, and dog owners after a coastal walk from the door. Less good for larger families, since the second bedroom sleeps on twin beds rather than doubles.
