With two bedrooms, the property could be ideal for a small family or two couples on a Cornish break. Visit Newquay Beach, 2 miles away, and Porth Beach, 3 miles along the coast. Take the children to see the animals at Newquay Zoo, 2 miles from the property, or the sea life at Blue Reef Aquarium, 1 mile away or plan a day trip to Perranporth, 8 miles away. Make your way into the property at ground-floor level and head through to the kitchen to find everything you need to help you prepare snacks and meals for your party in this well-equipped space. From here, head through to lounge/diner which is a great space for both eating and relaxing. You can choose to dine next to the bank of windows that capture the views or slide the doors open to eat out on the balcony. Watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV in here in the evenings or find a film to enjoy on the DVD player. On colder evenings, you can enjoy the ambient heat from the electric flame-effect fire. Upstairs on the first floor of the property you’ll find the welcoming double bedroom with sea views, or the pretty twin. The family bathroom is also here. To the front of the house is a Mediterranean-style garden, with two steps up to a decked area, with garden furniture. To the rear, is the glass-balustraded balcony, which looks out over the swimming pool and towards the sea. This is the perfect spot for a BBQ on summer evenings. The shared swimming pool, which is within a sunny, enclosed pool area, with pin-coded gate, may be used between May and September.
