Kingfisher Lodge

Kingfisher Lodge is a one-bedroom lodge for two near St Kew in North Cornwall, set within Lanarth Hotel and Caravan Park off the A39. The compact studio-style layout gives couples a self-contained base with access to an on-site swimming pool and a private hot tub.

Inside, the single bedroom and bathroom are arranged in an open-plan pod style, with Wi-Fi throughout and step-free access for guests who need it. The lodge is set up for short stays and short-notice breaks rather than long residencies, and the wider park has its own grounds and shared facilities.

Outside, guests have use of the hot tub and the park's swimming pool, plus parking on site and a garden area. The nearest beaches on the north coast - Port Isaac, Polzeath and Daymer Bay - are a short drive away along the B3314, and the Camel Trail at Wadebridge is close enough for a morning cycle.

St Kew itself is a quiet inland village with a historic parish church and a country pub, sitting between Wadebridge and the north Cornwall surf coast. Rock, Padstow and Tintagel are all within comfortable day-trip range for dining, walking or visiting Arthurian sites.
