Just 50 yards from La Folie is Whitehouse Beach - a tidal beach with its newly refurbished 1920's children's sea pool (built on the rocks alongside the beach and next to the Polruan Ferry slip), which is a lovely spot for a paddle or a swim. The beach is also a good place to launch a kayak or SUP (It is close to the harbour and its traffic however so may not be suitable for beginners). This property is accessed via 20 steps and has 3 internal staircases. La Folie can accommodate an extra child (up to the age of 12) on the daybed in the top bedroom.
