A three-bedroom cottage on Passage Street in Fowey, sleeping six guests with a wood-burning stove and views from the front patio. The cottage sits a 5-minute walk from the town's harbour, pubs and restaurants.

The open-plan living space on the main floor combines lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A wood-burning stove anchors the living area, with kindling and logs included. Three bedrooms are spread across three levels: a king-size with en-suite shower room, a second king-size (convertible to twin on request), and a top-floor twin with Smart TV and en-suite WC. The family bathroom has a large bath and walk-in shower. Gas central heating runs throughout.

A front patio with bench and table catches the morning sun. Readymoney Cove - a sheltered sandy beach below St Catherine's Castle - is 0.9 miles south. Lantic Bay, a National Trust beach reached via a steep 20-minute walk, is 1.4 miles east along the coast path.

Fowey's harbour handles china clay cargo alongside pleasure boats, and the passenger ferry to Polruan crosses in under 5 minutes. The Hall Walk circular - 4 miles using both ferries - is one of south Cornwall's best short walks. Parking is in Caffa Mill car park, a 2-minute walk from the property. Access is via an external flight of stone steps from the road.
