Due South occupies the ground floor of a Victorian mansion in Fowey town centre, sleeping 6 across 3 bedrooms - 1 king-size and 2 doubles, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The south-facing enclosed terrace looks across the estuary toward Polruan, a view that holds from late morning through sunset. Parking in central Fowey is difficult and expensive in season, so designated on-site parking for 2 cars is a significant practical advantage.

Readymoney Cove is 900 metres on foot, a sheltered sandy beach at the mouth of the Fowey Estuary. Lantic Bay, one of the most remote beaches on this stretch of coast, is 2.3 km. The passenger ferry to Polruan departs from the town quay, a short walk from the property.

Dogs are welcome. No Wi-Fi listed. The property has a dishwasher, a garden, and 3 full bathrooms - a practical layout for two or three couples travelling together.

Ideal for two couples or a group of 6 wanting a town-centre base with sea views and parking sorted. Not great for families with young children looking for a garden to run around in, as the terrace is the main outdoor space.

Fowey has a strong independent food and drink scene along its main quay, with the town being a regular finish point for offshore sailing races. The Hall Walk, a 4-mile circular route around the Fowey Estuary, starts from the Polruan side of the ferry and gives elevated views back across to the town. Lansallos Beach, 4.2 km further along the coast path, is one of the least-visited on this stretch.
