Inside, you’ll discover a beautifully modern space that still retains the charm of a countryside property. The two bedrooms include a fabulous master bedroom with its own en-suite, and a pretty twin with access to a contemporary shower room. The living room is open plan with the dining area and kitchen, which is equipped with all you need for ho,e cooking Outside there’s a large private garden with countryside views, a furnished terrace which rests under a pergola, and a bubbling hot tub*.

Well-known for its wonderful historic house and gardens, Lanhydrock House is mere minutes away, while other attractions in the area include the Eden Project and the Camel Valley Trail which runs 12 scenic miles to the famous fishing port of Padstow. The market town of Lostwithiel is 15 minutes by car and a great place to find hidden treasure in one of its many antique stores, while the estuary town of Fowey is 20 minutes’ drive, with towns like Looe, Polperro and Newquay being about half an hour away.
