Closed for redevelopment - reopening as NICI hotel (date TBC)
The Hotel Victoria in Newquay closed in late 2024 after being sold to the Nicolas James Group. The site is undergoing a major redevelopment into a 4/5-star hotel under the NICI brand, with 77 apartments planned. No reopening date has been confirmed.
The Victorian building sits on the cliffs above Great Western Beach, with Towan Beach and Tolcarne Beach also within walking distance.
