Little Cottage was originally a fifteenth century Fisherman’s cottage overlooking Praa Sands beach, designed by award winning architect Alex Michaelis, and was designed to maximise the incredible sea views from all the living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Located footsteps away from the ocean, only the garden separates it from the sandy beach and sea. The open plan living space features floor to ceiling windows where you can take in the incredible views while relaxing with a morning coffee. The lovely wood burner ensures cosy evenings in with the family, reflecting on a busy day exploring the coast.

Four of the bedrooms have king size beds with incredible sea views and the family room located on the ground floor is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for children. There are six bathrooms within the property (five of which are en suite) and a separate cloakroom with WC. Outside the garden includes a large patio with seating and fire pit, and direct access to the beach at the bottom of the lawn. There is a hot tub to the side of the house where you can soak, relax, and take in the scenic views.

Little Cottage is located within Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The famous South West Coastal path is very close by where you can take scenic walks to Marazion or Porthleven. Low tide is the perfect time to have a trip to St Michael’s Mount where you can walk across from Marazion and explore the incredible castle and grounds.

High tide is a great time to visit Porthleven, seals and dolphins can be spotted along the walk. When at Porthleven, there are a host of terrific restaurants that you can pick from. A 30 minute drive away is St Ives where you can walk around the cobbled streets and visit quirky shops. There are many sandy beaches in St Ives and you can walk along to Carbis Bay via the South West Costal Path.
