Sandbanks is a five-bedroom house at Praa Sands sleeping ten, with five bathrooms in all: three en-suites, a first-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room - enough to ease the morning queue for larger groups. The hot tub, EV charger, and enclosed garden cover most bases for a week-long stay, and the barbecue is available to use through the summer months. The house is arranged over four split levels, with the open-plan kitchen and dining area on the lower ground floor and a first-floor sitting room with a balcony. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and off-road parking for five cars, including the EV charger, are included. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.

Praa Sands beach is 300m from the door, a west-facing mile of sand with Atlantic surf and a seasonal beach cafe. The South West Coast Path runs along the clifftop above the property. Prussia Cove, one of Cornwall's quieter coves and historically a smugglers' landing, is 1.1 miles east. Porthleven harbour, with its independent restaurants and annual food festival site, is around 3 miles by road.

This house suits large families or a group of adults who want sea proximity combined with a hot tub and solid practical facilities.
