The second floor holds a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower and a double bedroom. Four TVs, Smart TV capability, and WiFi are provided throughout. A cloakroom is on the ground floor.

Outside, a rear enclosed garden has decking and furniture. Off-road parking fits 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Fuel, bed linen, and towels are included. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request.

Praa Sands beach is 700 metres, lifeguarded in summer with a car park directly behind the sand. Porthcew at Rinsey Cove - a quiet National Trust beach with mining heritage in the cliffs - is 1.4 miles along the coast path. Prussia Cove is 1.6 miles. Penzance and Marazion are about 15 minutes east by car, and the Welloe pub on the clifftop above Praa Sands is 0.9 miles.
