3 Praa Cove

3 Praa Cove is a three-bedroom cottage at Praa Sands in west Cornwall, sleeping six and positioned just 200 metres from the beach. A woodburning stove in the open-plan living area and an enclosed rear garden make it well suited to both summer and winter stays.

The ground floor centres on an open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area with the woodburning stove as a focal point. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. Upstairs, the master king-size bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower, while a second king-size room (convertible to twins on request) and a double share a bathroom with bath and shower. A first-floor utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, decking, and lawn with furniture - off-road parking fits two cars. Praa Sands beach, a mile-long stretch of golden sand with reliable surf, is 200 metres away. Porthcew at Rinsey Cove, a National Trust beach with clear water and old mine workings visible in the cliffs, lies 1.2 miles along the coast path.

The Welloe pub sits on the clifftop overlooking the bay, a short walk from the cottage. Penzance and Marazion are about 15 minutes by car, and Prussia Cove - the old smugglers' cove - is accessible on foot along the coast to the east. The Lizard is a similar distance to the south.
