Sea Sands

Sea Sands is a three-bedroom cottage at Praa Sands for six guests, 200m from the beach. Two bathrooms serve the group, and a flight of steps leads up to the property, with the front door reached by exterior steps from the drive.

A private hot tub, wood burner and open fire sit alongside Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine, all included. The garden and laundry facilities suit a longer stay, and sea views are part of the outlook. Two well-behaved small pets are welcome at £50 per pet, though not upstairs or on the furniture.

Praa Sands is a mile-long surf beach on the south-west coast between Helston and Penzance, backed by low cliffs and dunes, with a car park right behind the sand. Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 1.1 miles from the cottage and Prussia Cove, the old smugglers' cove reached along the coast path, is 1.4 miles. Germoe, the nearest town for services, is a small village with no pub or shop of its own; Helston is the wider base for shops and restaurants.

Changeover day is Friday.

**Best for:** families or friends wanting a hot tub, sea views, two bathrooms, laundry, a garden and parking near Praa Sands. **Less good for:** EV drivers, or anyone who cannot manage the flight of steps up to the front door.
