Pooh Corner

Pooh Corner is a four-bedroom cottage for seven in Praa Sands. A single, a king-size and a super king-size are joined by a super king-size zip-link that converts to twins on request, so there are no bunks; two bathrooms serve the group.

Panoramic sea views extend across Mount's Bay from the cottage, and a wood burner, garden and barbecue give guests places to gather outside. Parking and a dishwasher are included, and one dog can stay. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and EV charging are not provided. Host Amanda manages the booking.

Praa Sands is a mile-long, west-facing beach with a break that works across a range of swell, backed by low cliffs and dunes; the Welloe pub sits on the clifftop above the bay. Praa Sands itself is 0.2 miles from the cottage, Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 1 mile away and Prussia Cove, the old smugglers' cove, is 1.4 miles along the coast path. Penzance and Marazion are about 15 minutes' drive east, and the Lizard a similar distance south.
