Stennack Barn

Stennack Barn is a five-bedroom barn conversion for ten guests, addressed in Praa Sands but set inland near Praze in West Cornwall - the coast here is a drive rather than a walk. Three king-size rooms and two twins give an even split of double and separate beds, with three bathrooms shared between all ten guests.

A hot tub, wood burner, dishwasher and washing machine are included, and the garden has a dedicated BBQ hut. The kitchen has a range-style oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer, and the dining table seats more than ten. There is off-road parking for several cars. Up to two dogs can stay. Step-free access should not be assumed - check with the provider before booking. Two further five-person cottages sit on the same estate, so a combined group of 20 can book across all three.

Gwithian Towans is the nearest listed beach at 4.3 miles, with Godrevy Beach 4.9 miles and Porthkidney Beach 5 miles away - all needing a car rather than a walk. Godrevy's lighthouse and seal-watching point make the drive worthwhile.

**Best for:** Larger groups wanting five bedrooms, flexible bed types, a hot tub, BBQ hut and laundry, with a car for beach trips.

**Less good for:** Ten guests wanting a bathroom for every bedroom, or guests wanting a beach within walking distance.
