Little Phoenix is a reverse level house so that the beautiful dual aspect sea and countryside views can be enjoyed from the open plan living space. Two outside spaces are offered; a balcony off the lounge to sit and watch the sun go down, and a decked area accessed off the bedroom to sit and enjoy the calming sounds of the waves gently crashing below.
