Inside, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are finished to a modern standard. The cottage includes an open fire, wi-fi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A private hot tub sits outside the property. Prices from £711/week rise to £2,066 at peak, making price-per-person around £355 for couples using all three bedrooms.

The shared estate facilities include a 12 m x 6 m heated indoor swimming pool, an outdoor naturally filtered plunge pool open all year round, a sauna, a small gym and a bar. Concierge services cover taxi and boat trip bookings. The South West Coast Path runs directly through Talland Bay, with cliff walks west to Polperro and east to Looe in both directions.
