The upper floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area with a wood-burning stove and large windows facing the coast. A glass-panelled balcony with outdoor furniture extends from the living space - a practical spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Downstairs, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) lead off the main hallway. Outside, decking with furniture and a lawn wrap around three sides of the house.

Talland Bay beach is 700 metres away - two small shingle-and-sand coves divided by a rocky outcrop, with calm water for swimming and kayaking, and a beach cafe open through the season. The coast path between Looe and Polperro passes through the bay - both towns are about 2.5 miles from the house in opposite directions, each with pubs, restaurants and a harbour. The Eden Project is around 16 miles north.

**Best for:** Couples after a quiet, rural coastal setting with sea views and coast path access. **Less good for:** Groups larger than 2; guests needing WiFi or a hot tub.
