Mor Kernow

Mor Kernow is a four-bedroom maisonette apartment in St Ives, sleeping eight guests across first and second floors. It sits on Park Avenue, around 400 metres on foot from both Porthminster Beach and St Ives Harbour Beach.

The second floor has three bedrooms - a super-king, a king-size, and a twin - plus a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. A king-size bedroom sits on the first floor alongside the kitchen and a living/dining room with balcony. A separate shower room with walk-in shower is also on this level. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Boogie boards and beach gear are available for guest use.

A rear, multi-level garden with terraces and furniture provides outdoor space - note that children need supervision here due to the changes in level. A public car park is available nearby. Two pets are welcome.

Porthminster Beach is a south-facing, lifeguarded stretch with calm water and a well-known beachside cafe. St Ives Harbour Beach, sheltered by Smeaton's Pier, sits at the same distance. Porthmeor Beach - the surf beach below the Tate St Ives gallery - is 600 metres away. The town's shops, pubs, and galleries are within a minute's walk, and the harbour gives access to fishing trips and boat tours along the coast.
