Fairings is a Grade II listed four-bedroom cottage in a quiet corner of St Ives, about 15 minutes' walk from the town centre. The refurbished property sleeps 8 and accepts dogs, with a wood burner, open fire, and a large garden with two sun terraces.

St Ives has four beaches, the Tate gallery, and the Barbara Hepworth Museum. The South West Coast Path is about a 10-minute walk from the property. Independent shops, galleries, and restaurants - including Source Kitchen and The Balcony Bar - line the harbour streets. Carbis Bay is a 10-minute drive.
