A wood burner sits in the open-plan living and dining room, and each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite plus a separate shower room. Bifold doors from the ground floor open onto a seated patio directly above the water. One parking space is included, and dogs are welcome throughout, though with four bedrooms and only one allocated space, a second car will need to find street parking nearby.

Porthminster Beach sits at the foot of the property, and St Ives harbour beach is 200 metres along the front. Porthmeor Beach, on the surf side of town, is a 500-metre walk past Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden. Carbis Bay is a further 1.2 miles by road or coast path.

Best for a group or extended family wanting sea views from every bedroom and beach access on the doorstep. Less good for guests who want a quiet, secluded setting or driving two cars, since The Warren sits in the middle of St Ives' busiest streets with limited parking.
