The kitchen has an electric double range cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine. Three bathrooms across the house. Three steps to the front door, then two internal flights of stairs - not step-free. Dogs welcome, up to 2 at £45 per dog per week.

St Ives Harbour Beach and Porthmeor Beach are both around 200-300 metres on foot. The Tate St Ives sits directly above Porthmeor - you can walk there in under 5 minutes. Carbis Bay is reachable along the South West Coast Path. Porthminster Beach is a third beach, also 300 metres away. Parking and wifi are included.

Best for: larger family groups or two couples who want space, sea views, and two beaches within walking distance. Less good for: guests with mobility needs - the property has three external steps and two internal staircase flights.
