Greensleeves is a four-bedroom apartment in St Ives spread over two floors, sleeping 8 with three bathrooms. The living area sits on the upper floor to make use of the sea views; two of the four bedrooms are en suite. Parking for two cars is included - harder to overstate its value in a town where summer parking is routinely full by 9am.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine alongside full cooking facilities, and Wi-Fi is included. The enclosed courtyard has a BBQ with built-in seating for outdoor meals, and a raised terrace provides the elevated sea view. The layout works for two couples, a family group, or friends sharing. All four bedrooms have their own Smart TV, and there is a table football game for the children. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am, with four steps up into the property and one flight of internal stairs.

Porthmeor Beach is 600 metres on foot - the Atlantic-facing surf beach below the Tate St Ives gallery. St Ives Harbour Beach is 700 metres the other way, sheltered and calm. Porthminster Beach, with its cafe above the sand, is 900 metres south.

Best for groups of up to 8 wanting a large St Ives base within walking distance of three beaches, with the unusual advantage of off-street parking.
