Two rooms have king-size beds, a third has a super king-size that can be made up as a twin, and the fourth is a twin that can become a super king-size on request. Three bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and a separate family bathroom brings the total to four.

The open-plan living area has views across Porthmeor Beach and the Island, then opens onto a terrace with outdoor seating, the apartment's main outside space. WiFi is included, and on-site parking covers two cars, useful given how limited street parking is in St Ives during summer. A washer/dryer is in the apartment, and dogs are not accepted.

Porthmeor Beach is 150 metres away, with Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum within easy walking distance for anyone wanting a break from the sand. St Ives Harbour Beach is 500 metres away and Porthminster Beach 600 metres, giving guests a choice of St Ives' beaches without needing a car.
