A beautiful pet-friendly barn conversion set in the North Cornwall countryside close to Perranporth and Fistral beach.

Set within the small village of Cubert on the North Coast of Cornwall, this beautifully renovated home offers a peaceful sanctuary that’s within easy reach of some of the area’s best surfing beaches. Elegantly decorated and environmentally friendly, the home still retains some of its original features, with exposed timber beams and a vaulted ceiling reminiscent of its humble past as a piggery and hay barn. Underfloor heating throughout as well as luxurious soft furnishings and a calming, neutral palette make for a truly relaxing space, with the first floor living room opening out onto a decked balcony that has far-reaching views of the glorious Cornish countryside. Tucked away at the end of a private lane, it’s just a short walk through the tangled orchard garden to the quiet village of Cubert where you’ll discover the thatched 16th-century pub at The Smugglers Den Inn. Serving local food and real ales it’s surrounded by farmlands and open fields, and with its large wraparound terrace, makes a wonderful place to while the hours away while enjoying a lazy lunch. Just six miles west of Newquay, Holywell Bay is a ‘best of both worlds’ beach. Wedged between Perranporth and Fistral beach it’s an ideal spot for surfing enthusiasts and beachgoers alike while at the same time being close to some of the area’s most popular celebrity-chef owned restaurants and beachside attractions.
