Coming through the front entrance to this annexe, you will come through the initial corridor and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts comfortable seating for four guests and has the added benefit of a Smart TV (no channels, only Wi-Fi apps) so you can relax and watch your favourite movies after long days at the beach. There are also French doors here which lead straight out to the shared back garden. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine to treat yourself to a nice hot brew as you desire.
