Set in the picturesque village of Polzeath, there are an abundance of opportunities to explore the coast from this contemporary home. The golden sands of Polzeath Beach are less than 0.5 miles away, while the South West Coast Path is less than 300 metres away, so you can head off on foot to soak up the incredible views along this coastal route. If you fancy taking to the water, don your wet suits and head to Rock (2.5 miles) where you can hire paddleboards or kayaks to paddle along the calmer Camel Estuary waters. Fabulous days out for the whole family can be had at Camel Creek Family Adventure Park or the Cornish Birds of Prey Centre (both within 14 miles).

Adjacent and completing this level is a handy utility room. Alight the stairs to the first floor and find yourself in the spectacular living space. Set underneath a vaulted ceiling and thoughtfully designed, this is a wonderful area to hang out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking up large group dinners which can be enjoyed at the dining table that overlooks the garden, before kicking back on the comfortable sofas. A king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and a little snug area is perfect for the children of the group to play together with a Smart TV and games. The annexe, which is accessed via the garden, contains a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, perfect for two additional guests.

Open the lounge doors onto the superb wraparound balcony where you can dine alfresco or enjoy a morning coffee before busy days exploring. Accessed via the ground floor, the large lawned garden provides ample space for playing and relaxing. Private parking is available for three cars.
