Maleny

Maleny is a contemporary four-bedroom house for ten in Polzeath, the surf village on Cornwall's north coast. One bedroom has a super-king-size bed, two have super-king zip-and-links that can be split into twins, and the fourth holds two sets of bunk beds. Three bathrooms serve the group, and open-plan living looks out over sea views towards Polzeath Beach.

A private hot tub and a barbecue sit in the garden, giving the group outdoor space for evenings. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and one dog can stay. There is no wood burner, open fire or step-free access.

Polzeath's surf schools operate from the beach between Easter and October, and the coast path north to Pentire Point gives views across the Camel Estuary to Stepper Point. Rock, with its water taxi to Padstow, is 2 miles south, and Port Isaac is 6 miles north.
