September Cottage sits within the Roserrow Holiday Cottages estate near Polzeath, sleeping 10 across 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The layout suits larger groups: a garden with patio, BBQ area, and enough space to spread out both inside and outside. Wi-Fi and parking are included; no hot tub or pool on site.

Polzeath Beach is 2km away - a wide, north-facing surf beach with a consistent Atlantic swell and a seasonal lifeguard service. It holds surf schools for all ages and a cluster of beach cafes during summer. Daymer Bay Beach is 2.1km in the opposite direction along the Camel Estuary, where conditions are calmer and better suited to families with younger children or paddlers. The Saints' Way long-distance path passes through the estate area.

The Roserrow estate has its own facilities including a leisure complex with pool access (check provider for current inclusions and seasonal hours). Rock village, with the St Enodoc Hotel restaurant, is about 2km from the cottage.

Works for: large family groups or two or three couples travelling together who want a self-contained base on the north Cornish coast with surf and estuary beaches both within walking distance. Not great for guests needing a central village location - the estate is set back from the coast and requires a car for most outings.
