Ossco

Ossco is a contemporary 5-bedroom house near Polzeath on Cornwall's north coast, sleeping up to 12 guests with sea views from the upper floors. The property sits close to Lundy Bay on the Carnweather Point stretch of coastline, with Polzeath Beach 1.3 miles away and Greenaway Beach 1.8 miles.

The house is arranged over three levels. The ground floor has a slate-floored kitchen and dining room with French windows opening onto decking and garden, plus a large open-plan sitting room and a snug. Upstairs, the principal bedroom has a super king bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Two further bedrooms - one with two sets of bunk beds, one twin - share a family bathroom. The lower floor has two kingsize bedrooms, one with doors to a terrace, a family bathroom and a utility room with shower. A separate Coach House annexe adds a TV room with 2 single beds and its own shower room. The property is accessible and has a dishwasher, washing machine and WiFi throughout. Linen and towels are included for the main bedrooms.

The garden provides outdoor space with views along the coast. Polzeath village has a surf shop, deli and several cafes, and the coast path to Pentire Point is one of the best short walks in north Cornwall. Rock is about 2 miles south, with the water taxi to Padstow. Port Isaac is 6 miles north. Changeover day is Friday.
