Seaview

Seaview is a six-bedroom house in Polzeath, sleeping 12 across three doubles, two twins and a bunk room. Five bathrooms cover most of the group, though one bedroom shares rather than has its own en suite.

Living space and garden both look out over Polzeath and the coastline beyond. A raised terrace sits above the lawned garden, giving the group a second outdoor area for meals away from the main lawn - useful with a bbq also on site. A wood burner takes the edge off cooler evenings, and Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and washing machine cover the practical side of a long group stay. Parking is included, and up to two dogs can come along.

Polzeath Beach is 400m from the house, an easy walk for surfboards or bodyboards. Greenaway Beach is roughly 0.5 miles away, and Daymer Bay is 0.8 miles along the coast, both within reach of the coast path that runs past the property. The wider Polzeath area covers surf schools, cafes and the walk on to Rock and the Camel estuary.
