Penroy

Penroy is a six-bedroom house on the South West Coast Path between Greenaway and Polzeath, a surf village on Cornwall's north coast. It sleeps 12 across three super-king-size bedrooms, one twin and two bunk rooms, with four bathrooms giving the group more practical facilities than many large coastal houses offer.

The kitchen and lounge look towards Stepper Point across the Atlantic. A wood burner serves the living space and the ground floor includes a utility room. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. The enclosed garden combines a sun terrace, lawn and barbecue area, with parking for four cars, and up to two dogs are welcome.
