There’s lots of outdoor space to explore in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including Readymoney Cove, 1 mile away, which is perfect for scenic walks. Sample other Cornwall beaches which are in abundance nearby.

Chic decor flows throughout the property, starting in the ground-floor sitting room that boasts wide sliding doors (to the outdoor decking) offering lovely views from the comfort of your living room. Turn on the Smart TV or pick a book from the bookshelf and chill out on the plush seating. The gas, flame-effect fire makes nights in extra cosy. Rustle up family meals in the ground-floor kitchen and tuck in at the six-seater table. Handily, there’s a utility room and a cloakroom, as well as a king-size bedroom with en-suite where sliding doors give you private access to the garden deck with lovely views. Head up to the first floor to find the second king-size bedroom, also featuring a Smart TV and en-suite. This one boasts a bath with a shower attachment and a WC. Enjoy estuary views from the moment you wake up thanks to the Juliet balcony at the end of the bed. The cosy twin bedroom is also on the first floor, along with the family shower room.  Also available, is a separate study with views for anyone wishing to work while on holiday.

Children should be supervised in the outdoor areas and please note that the house is accessed via steps from the parking area and steps lead from the house to the garden. The swing chair just outside is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.
