Apartment 3 is a ground-floor sea-view property at Horizons on Mount Wise in Newquay, sleeping 4 in two bedrooms. A private balcony overlooks the coast, and the building has lift access from the parking level.

Fistral Beach is 1.1km west on the far side of the Pentire headland. Mount Wise's position puts pubs, shops, and the town centre within a few minutes' walk.
