Chy Lagen Hos

Chy Lagen Hos is a single-storey cottage in Quintrell Downs, a village 2 miles south of Newquay, with a wood-burning stove as its centrepiece and two en-suite bedrooms.

The cottage is laid out entirely on one floor. Two super-king bedrooms - both zip/link, convertible to twins - each have their own shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. An open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining space, and sitting room, where the wood-burning stove anchors one end. A separate utility room handles laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, off-road parking fits two cars, and a patio area has a dining table, chairs, and barbecue. The garden is enclosed. Hens, ducks, and a cat roam freely around the grounds. Tolcarne Beach and Whipsiderry Beach are both 3.5km away, with Great Western Beach at 3.7km - all accessible within a short drive into Newquay.

Quintrell Downs has a shop and pub within a 10-minute walk. Newquay's 11 beaches, including Fistral with its international surf competitions, are all within 5km. Cornwall Airport Newquay lies 5 miles from the town centre. The cottage is not suitable for children under 8.
