Dovefields is a detached three-storey house at Flushing Cove near Manaccan on the Helford River, sleeping 8 across four bedrooms. The top-floor king-size bedroom has a private balcony with views across the cove.

The property is arranged over three levels. The top floor has the king-size bedroom with balcony and TV, plus a bathroom with freestanding bath, separate walk-in shower, and heated towel rail. The ground floor has a king-size bedroom (zip/link, configurable as a twin), a kitchen/diner, sitting room, and shower room. The lower ground floor has another king-size bedroom with TV, a twin room, a third shower room, and a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Smart TV and Wi-Fi averaging 30 Mbps are available throughout.

Outside, off-road parking fits 3 cars. A rear garden has a patio and decking with outdoor furniture, plus a gas BBQ. Ponsence Cove - a remote sandy cove with steep access - is 0.7 miles away. Porth Saxon Beach, accessible only by coastal walk, is 1.2 miles further along the path.

The Helford River area is a network of thatched villages and wooded tidal creeks. The Shipwright's Arms pub in Helford village is 1.7 miles away. Trebah and Glendurgan gardens sit on the north bank of the river, reachable by the seasonal foot ferry. Falmouth is about 9 miles by road, and the Lizard's beaches and coves are within easy reach to the south.
