Falmouth Oyster Festival runs from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 October 2026, marking the start of the oyster-dredging season. It’s one of Cornwall’s biggest specialist food events, with four days celebrating native Fal oysters and Cornish seafood through cookery demonstrations, feasting and festivities at Events Square.
