Apartment 5 Quayside

Apartment 5 Quayside is a one bedroom apartment for two in a historic Georgian townhouse in Falmouth. The king size bedroom and single bathroom suit a couple or solo guest rather than a larger group, and the star rating of 2 reflects the compact, one-bedroom scale of the stay.

WiFi, parking and a washer/dryer are included. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge with an ice box, and the large front window looks across the harbour to St Mawes and Flushing. Dogs are not accepted, so this apartment does not work for guests travelling with a pet.

Castle Beach is 0.4 miles away. Gyllyngvase Beach is 0.5 miles from the apartment and Swanpool Beach 0.9 miles, putting three beaches within a mile on foot. Falmouth town, the train station, bus stops, ferries, restaurants and pubs are all described as within walking distance, so the apartment suits a car-free stay. Discovery Quay, the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Marina are also nearby, giving guests several local options without driving.

Current guests can help confirm parking access and the exact outlook from the apartment.

**Best for:** Two guests wanting central Falmouth, transport links, private parking and three beaches within a mile.

**Less good for:** Guests travelling with a dog, or anyone needing step-free access.
