Bellas Place

Bellas Place is a timber-clad first-floor apartment for two near Perranarworthal, about three miles from Falmouth. Its one bedroom has a double bed, and there is one bathroom. An external spiral staircase provides the only access to the apartment, worth knowing before booking.

The front balcony looks out across open countryside rather than the sea. Guests also share an extensive lawn and field, where the resident small dog Bella may appear. WiFi, parking, a BBQ and garden access are included, and one dog can stay. Towels are included. The galley kitchen has a two-ring gas hob, a built-in microwave, an airfryer and a fridge, and the bathroom has a shower cubicle and WC. The lounge has a Smart TV, a sofa and a reading chair, and the dining table sits under a window. Guests rate it 4.6 out of 5 from 16 reviews.

Gyllyngvase Beach and Swanpool Beach are both 4.8 miles away, and Castle Beach is 4.9 miles away, all a short drive into Falmouth for a beach day. Kennall Vale Nature Reserve, a wooded valley with old gunpowder mill ruins, is also close by for a walk without the car.

**Best for:** A couple wanting countryside views, a balcony, shared outdoor space and room for one dog.

**Less good for:** Guests unable to use an external spiral staircase, or anyone needing laundry facilities or step-free access.
